Exchanges and Refunds

  • Exchanges: If you purchased the wrong product or need to exchange your license key for a different version, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will assist in exchanging your product, provided that the original license key has not been activated. Additional fees may apply depending on the differences between the products.
  • Refunds: Refunds are generally not available for digital products. However, if you have not yet received your license key, or if there was a mistake on our part, we will review your request for a refund on a case-by-case basis.
