To assist with your issue, we require that you notify us within 7 days of receiving your license key. Please provide details of the damage or defect along with your proof of purchase. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, issue a replacement license key at no additional cost.

Exceptions to Returns

  1. Non-Returnable Items: Digital products, including software license keys, are generally non-returnable once delivered. Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for license keys that have already been issued and activated.
  2. Return Limitations: If a license key has been used or activated, it is considered non-returnable. We strongly advise customers to review their order details before completing the purchase to avoid any discrepancies.

Exchanges and Refunds

  • Exchanges: If you purchased the wrong product or need to exchange your license key for a different version, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will assist in exchanging your product, provided that the original license key has not been activated. Additional fees may apply depending on the differences between the products.
  • Refunds: Refunds are generally not available for digital products. However, if you have not yet received your license key, or if there was a mistake on our part, we will review your request for a refund on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
